One of only two NP bar - lounge cars acquired from NP. It is either AMTK 3352 or 3353. Its worth noting that AMTK 3352 became RBX 40, a pie car (circus parlance for a diner) on one of the circus train consists back in the late-70s and 80s, though the car now is no longer in service.
Sold to the Grand Trunk Western, who rebuilt the car as a Track Inspection car, GTW 15031. The car was sold to a private individual, who named the car Buckeye Lady. After the owner's death his widow sold the car to the Wheeling & Lake Erie, where the car has been painted in a Rio Grande-inspired paint scheme as WE 1990.
These cars have never been Amtrak owned, but rather operated on the Artrain for a number of years before the train was discontinued and the cars sold to NSRX Railroad Heritage of Midwest America, who leased them to Disney.
